Levi is on a mission to connect the world! He believes everyone has something valuable to share and his work gives people the tools to contribute. He fosters positive change as the co-founder of Second Shift, an award-winning coworking space in Chicago, IL, known for its unique, supportive and collaborative culture. Levi is also an instructor at DePaul University and a speaker on diversity, inclusion and culture. Prior to his current work, Levi designed games and training sessions to facilitate collaboration and personal growth in organizations such as Groupon, Butler University and The Chicago Public Library.

Levi cemented his love of interpersonal communication by receiving a master's degree in organizational and multicultural communication from DePaul University, as well as getting certified as a Myers-Briggs practitioner and learning how to implement gamification. Levi’s love for fun and participatory collaboration stems from growing up on a farm in northern Minnesota. There, he learned that even the toughest work can be improved by keeping a positive attitude and working together.
