Nina Abnee

Nina spent 30 years in creative agencies trouble shooting client issues that needed resolution. She is credited with turning around relationships and saving agency business with Kraft, Allstate, Hallmark, Delta Airlines and General Motors. In addition to her vast knowledge of the agency business and client relationships she is a Professional Coach passionate about helping college students and young professionals position themselves for success.

While at Leo Burnett in Chicago she led a 300+ department of business executives whose job it was to service global and US marketing clients from Fortune 500 companies as well as smaller regional businesses. Her expertise is in developing influential client relationships, crafting brand strategies and inspiring creative that gives brands a competitive edge. She a collaborative leader with a unique ability to bring out the best in people and create momentum for success.

She recently founded Eyes Forward, A Coaching Consultancy, whose mission is to create momentum for your business, team, career, and life.

She was named Chicago Advertising Woman of the Year by the Chicago Advertising Federation in 2010. She serves on the Board of Directors of Gilda’s Club Chicago as well as several company advisory boards.​
