Learn how to build a brand and connect with your audience

Undergraduate students can earn a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations and Advertising or a minor, which can be earned with any major. See all minors.

Whether you want to focus on public relations or advertising, you'll find classes designed to give you the skills to succeed. If you are interested in both fields, you can take classes from both subject areas.

With this program, you may choose to concentrate in Latino Media and Communication. This concentration will teach you how to think critically about all aspects of media and communication, with a particular focus on Latino media and Latino communities.

Combined Degree Programs

Students pursuing a BA in Public Relations and Advertising also have the opportunity to apply for the combined bachelor’s + master’s degree program—completing coursework at an accelerated pace, saving time and money.

High-achieving first-year students can choose to complete the combined bachelor's + juris doctor (JD) program to earn a bachelor's degree and law degree in a total of six years.
