Undergraduate Internship Course Enrollment

You can’t enroll yourself. If you have an internship, please follow the steps outlined at 
​​​How to Apply for Internship Credit. Graciela Kenig will approve your internship and will email you about adding the internship course to your schedule. ​

Which Courses Meet the Experiential Learning Requirement?

When taken concurrently with an internship, CMN 394 meets the experiential learning requirement ​

I already met the experiential learning requirement but I got another internship that I can only do for credit. What are my options?

You can take CMN 395, internship practicum, along with your internship. This four-credit-hour course is offered fully online. To apply follow the steps at How to Apply for Internship Credit ​

I am taking CMN 394 this quarter and my company asked if I could stay on next quarter. Can I get credit for the same internship two quarters in a row? How?

You can take CMN 395, internship practicum, during your internship’s second quarter. This four-credit-hour course is offered fully online. To enroll please send your supervisor’s name and email address to Graciela Kenig, gkenig@depaul.edu, so she can verify with him or her and enroll you in the class. ​

I have already taken CMN 394 and CMN 395 but need credit for another internship. What are my options?

CMN 395 can be taken more than once. To apply follow the steps at How to Apply for Internship Credit ​​
