Allie Gourley is a Learning Experience Designer from the Center for Teaching and Learning (CTL), where she focuses on instructional design, faculty development, and the integration of educational technology to support effective teaching. She co-facilitates the DOTS program and collaborates with the Adjunct Faculty Advisory Committee to expand outreach and develop resources for part-time faculty.

In addition to her work at CTL, Allie teaches first-year writing in the Writing, Rhetoric, and Discourse department and serves as a Staff Professional in the Chicago Quarter program. Her classroom experience provides valuable insight into student learning, which informs her design practice and helps ensure that the learning environments she supports are inclusive, engaging, and responsive to student needs.
