Brett Taylor is the Chief Member Engagement Officer at The Executives' Club of Chicago where he is responsible for the strategy, execution, and oversight of The Club's leadership member engagement programming. In this role, he is charged with managing a portfolio of member engagement programs and developing new initiatives designed to support leaders in achieving their highest level of potential building meaningful connections including The Club's leadership development and mentorship strategy.
His experience in the nonprofit sector spans a variety of disciplines including organizational development, strategy, and partnerships. In addition to his work at the Executives' Club of Chicago, he is the former Managing Director of Quest Theatre Ensemble, a free public access theatre company where he managed the company's executive and program operations. He is also an adjunct instructor in the College of Communication at DePaul University.
Brett earned a Bachelor's Degree in Musical Theatre from the Chicago College of Performing Arts and a Master's Degree in Organizational and Multicultural Communication with a concentration in Training and Development from DePaul University. He remains active in the theatre community as a performer and stage manager whenever time allows.
