Lauren Ignoffo is an adjunct professor in the College of Communication with a focus on digital media planning and buying. Her research interests include the automation of digital buying, audience personalization, dynamic creative ad serving and attribution tracking.
Lauren is an alumnus of DePaul University with a BA in communication studies and a minor in public policy/urban studies. Lauren currently holds the role of Partner, Director of Strategic Planning & Public Affairs at Mindshare, a WPP company. Her professional experience includes experience at some of the largest global advertising holding companies where she has held strategy, planning and leadership roles. Lauren began her career on Hewlett Packard (OMD) before moving to Boston to help negotiate the Bose NFL contract. She has also worked on accounts such as Dish Network, Fidelity Investments & Best Buy.
Lauren currently leads strategy for bp’s performance retail account, bp’s corporate advocacy & Facebook’s Public Affairs team. Teaching at her alma mater remains one of her proudest accomplishments thus far.
