Jeff has been an officer in some of the largest digital, advertising and communications agencies, helping leading brands such as Microsoft, AT&T, Infiniti, Discover, Sprint and Carnival build relationships with consumers that drive sales, loyalty and innovation.
Thought leader media, such as The Harvard Business Review, DM News and NPR have quoted Jeff while he has also spoken at diverse events such as Marketing to Women, New York Social Media Week and IBM’s signature Chief Data & Analytics Officer Summit about how brands can best connect with consumers via digital marketing programs.
He currently leads data and analytics as well as the Midwest region for M Booth, the Creative Agency of the Year, working with agency partners and clients including American Express, Godiva, Tinder and Carnival to deliver consumer intelligence that informs account teams and measure the business impact of programs. Jeff has been both an entrepreneur and senior leader responsible for P&Ls within Epsilon, Zocalo Group and Ketchum prior to M Booth.
Jeff earned his MBA in Strategy from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business, where he was recently recognized as an Alumni Leader, and graduated from Purdue University where he has been recognized twice as a “Liberal Arts Influential.”
