Here are a few of our recent alumni and information on what they have
been working on since graduating from the Relational Communication
(RELC) graduate program. Their experiences after college go to show the
wide range of work to which study in RELC can lead.
Angela earned her BA in Public Relations and Advertising and Journalism from DePaul University in 2012. She then continued her education and completed her MA in Relational Communication in 2014. As a student in the RELC program, she learned all about the ins and outs of interpersonal relationships and what makes two people compatible with one another. Since graduation, she has been working as a client and affiliate relations coordinator at Selective Search, LLC. Working for one of the leading matchmaking firms in the country, Angela has the skills and knowledge to help her clients find love.
Joyce graduated from DePaul in 2009 with her BA in Communication Studies, and then in 2013 with her MA in Relational Communication. She is currently employed at Illinois College in Jacksonville, IL, as an academic counselor and student engagement coordinator with TRiO Student Support Services. Joyce realized her passion for counseling and education during her last year of graduate school. Learning about relational theories and communibiology research inspired her to find ways to share this information with others.
