The Master of Arts in Relational Communication (RELC) program will provide students with an understanding of communication across a variety of interpersonal contexts (i.e., close relationships, family communication, workplace relationships).
Through a blend of theory and practice, students will identify, analyze and understand how to manage relationships in both personal and professional environments. Courses include topics such as conflict management and negotiation; family communication; intercultural communication;
gendered communication; and nonverbal communication.
This program will be of interest to individuals who are seeking to prepare for a PhD program, or for those who are interested in a broad range of careers including management, consulting, conflict negotiation, career/life coaching and human resources development.
