Pursuing an education in communication is not only about life inside the classroom, it is about learning to become a professional communicator through contribution, collaboration and creation. Our students are actively learning about their fields of study through hands-on production — whether through campus media including radio (Radio DePaul), newspaper (The DePaulia) or television news production (Good Day DePaul), or through expressing themselves in performance (Performance Studies), rigorous debate (Discussion and Debate Society), and more.
Participating in the exciting, vibrant media production and communication opportunities the college offers will bring your education to life as you practice your discipline and craft, and as you build your skills as a professional communicator. In that, the College of Communication offers a variety of communication-oriented student organizations. Visit each organization below for samples of student work, as well as information on how you can participate.
