As you prepare to start your graduate program, you will find helpful information within the pages of this orientation that will answer many of your questions and provide resources to get you off to a great start.
Intent to Enroll
Your first step is to confirm your Intent to Enroll.
You can confirm your Intent to Enroll electronically by emailing email@example.com with your enrollment intentions, the program you were admitted to, and the term in which you wish to begin your program. Please include the subject line “Intent to Enroll.”
Submitting the Intent to Enroll notifies the College of Communication that you intend to enroll at DePaul for the quarter stated in your admission letter. When we receive your Intent to Enroll, your student record will be activated and you will receive a confirmation email response.
New students should contact their program director or their graduate advisor on course selection and sequence. See more about advising.
Campus Connection User ID and Password
Obtaining your user ID and password is the first step in registering for classes, making tuition payments, and accessing information and resources made available to admitted students through DePaul's Campus Connection web site. You can find your Campus Connection user ID and initial password at the bottom of your admission letter. If you have misplaced or discarded that letter, you may also may obtain your user ID and password by contacting the Help Desk at (312) 362-8765. To get started, go to Campus Connection.

DePaul ID Card and E-Mail Account
After you have registered for classes, you may obtain a photo ID card and activate your DePaul e-mail account from the ID Card Office. The ID card functions as a library card and is required for entry to some buildings and computer labs.
